RGC CONNECT CONSULTANCY GROUP INC. was established with the vision of bridging gaps in guidance, counseling, and mental health services by connecting people, professionals, and institutions with the support they need to thrive.

What began as an initiative to provide Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) consultancy services to schools has grown into a broader mission of strengthening support systems across educational and community settings. Through our work with schools, we recognized the growing need for qualified guidance professionals, effective student support systems, and competent school-based personnel.

RGC Connect is powered by a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals composed of Registered Guidance Counselors (RGCs), Registered Psychometricians (RPms), and Registered Psychologists (RPsys) with expertise in guidance, counseling, psychological services, assessment, education, and mental health support. Grounded in collective experience working with students, parents, teachers, and schools, our team provides responsive, ethical, and evidence-informed services tailored to the realities and needs of educational institutions.

Beyond school consultancy, RGC Connect also provides professional development programs, webinars, workshops, and licensure review programs to support Guidance Associates, aspiring guidance professionals, and future psychometricians and guidance counselors.

She is a co-founder of RGC Connect. She is also a Registered Guidance Counselor, Registered Psychometrician, educator, and consultant committed to advancing learner-centered guidance programs and strengthening student support systems in educational institutions.

ANNA ROSE A. LOPEZ, RPm, RGC

She is a co-founder of RGC Connect, Registered Guidance Counselor and Psychometrician with over 10 years of experience in school counseling, student development, accreditation, and compliance, supporting institutions in building ethical and responsive guidance programs.

JHAEZEL MAE A. BEROY, RPm, RGC

She is a co-founder of RGC Connect, Registered Guidance Counselor and Psychometrician with six years of experience in school guidance, crisis intervention, and program development, supporting schools in building ethical, compliant, and digitally responsive guidance systems.

BILL CHISLEV JEFF J. CABRERA, RPm, RPsy

He is a co-founder of RGC Connect, Registered Psychometrician and Psychologist with a double master’s degree in Education major in Measurement and MS Psychology major in Clinical Psychology, recognized for his expertise in statistics, psychological assessment, and clinical practice.

JIMS HARTER G. CASIBUA, RPm

He is a co-founder of RGC Connect, Registered Psychometrician, and Top 9 passer of the 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, currently pursuing an MS in Clinical Psychology with expertise in research and statistics.
